Return Policy:

Ink and Consumables:
No returns or refunds on ink and consumables.

Parts and Accessories:
Unused items can be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Customer pays for shipping both ways.

Equipment Sales:
All Sales are final. No Refunds / No returns. Issues repaired under the terms of the warranty agreement.
